The VicTrack Executive team comprises the Chief Executive and Executive team members.

Chief Executive

Campbell has been the Chief Executive of VicTrack since February 2013.

He was previously Chief Executive Stralliance Developments and Watersun Homes, a Melbourne based development and Construction Company.

He was the Chief Executive of the Western Bulldogs Football Club from 2002-2011, after returning to Melbourne from Brisbane where he had been running the 2001 Goodwill Games as Chief Executive.

From 1995 to 1999 Campbell held the position as Chief Executive of the Melbourne Major Events Company Limited, which was responsible for many international concerts, festivals and international sporting championships and events being brought to Melbourne and Victoria for the first time. This also included securing the rights for Melbourne to host the 2006 Commonwealth Games.


Peter Chau

Property Group

Peter has almost 20 years of experience working in the property, construction and infrastructure industry and joined VicTrack in August 2014.

Peter started off his career as Senior Project Architect and qualified town planner. Peter then held senior legal roles at Baker & Mckenzie, BlueScope Steel and then as an executive at Silcar (a multi-national Thiess and Siemens joint venture) where he had key roles in the delivery and implementation of major developments, construction and infrastructure projects with blue-chip clients such as Yallourn Power Station, NBN, Telstra, Optus, Mirvac, Becton and Central Equity.



Bruce Moore

Telecommunications Group

Bruce has over 15 years telecommunications experience gained through engineering and management roles in major telecommunications carriers both nationally and internationally. He has held roles with Telstra and SingTel Optus in Australia, IndoSat in Indonesia and Etisalat in the United Arab Emirates.

During his time at VicTrack, Bruce has led engineering and operations groups and has been active in developing a service and customer management culture to the Telecommunications Group, bringing the technical and customer components of the business together to deliver high quality services to VicTrack’s customers.





Nicholas Fisher

Acting Executive General Manager
Project Delivery Group

Nick is an experienced infrastructure executive with over 24 years of experience in areas including the water sector, private consulting and transport, having covered a breadth of leadership roles across strategic planning, delivery, operations and asset management.

Prior to joining VicTrack in April 2018 as the Project Delivery Group’s Program Director, Nick worked at Transport for Victoria as the major projects interface client, where he guided projects including the North East Link and West Gate Tunnel. Nick has also previously worked at VicRoads as Director Road Operations, where he managed real time traffic operations.

With a focus centred on people and customers, Nick has successfully led change programs at City West Water, Grogan Richards (now part of Cardno) and VicRoads, where he transformed groups to become high performing teams in delivering outstanding projects and services.



Chris Olds

Business Services

Chris is an EY trained chartered accountant with more than17 years of experience across financial services and utilities in New Zealand, London and Australia. Chris has broad private and public sector experience and is passionate about using technology to provide better business outcomes and reshape business support processes.
 
Prior to starting at VicTrack in May 2015, Chris spent four years working across finance and revenue functions in the state owned utility Western Power in Western Australia. This included the establishment of a billing and revenue assurance function that combined both operational and finance functions to service the business.

Before coming to Australia, Chris worked for 11 years in the financial services industry in London. Chris finished in London as the finance director for a start-up insurance broker, and set up the finance and reporting controls to enable the business to grow niche insurance products to be placed into the Lloyd’s Market. Chris previously held other senior roles in the London reinsurance market, including overseeing the European reinsurance programme for Chubb Insurance.



Kristen Georgakopoulos

People & Culture

Kristen has been VicTrack’s General Manager People & Culture since 2016, a role that involves overseeing the People and Culture Group within the Office of the Chief Executive.
 
Prior to starting in this position, Kristen worked at VicTrack as Manager People, Culture and Systems; Acting General Manager Business Services; and Manager Information Technology.
 
Kristen has extensive public sector experience in senior leadership positions and a strong background in information technology. She had 15 years’ experience in senior leadership roles covering functional areas including Finance, Customer Service and Billing, Information Technology, Risk and Safety and People and Culture.



Anna Poulos

Communications & Engagement

Anna has 15 years of experience in communications and stakeholder relations from working in both the public and private sector. At VicTrack, Anna has lead the organisation's approach on community engagement, and worked to deliver enhancements to improving stakeholder management, and building stronger client relationships.
