The VicTrack Executive team comprises the Chief Executive and Executive team members.



Campbell A. Rose AM

Campbell A. Rose AM

Chief Executive

Campbell has been the Chief Executive of VicTrack since February 2013.

He was previously Chief Executive Stralliance Developments and Watersun Homes, a Melbourne based development and Construction Company.

He was the Chief Executive of the Western Bulldogs Football Club from 2002-2011, after returning to Melbourne from Brisbane where he had been running the 2001 Goodwill Games as Chief Executive.

From 1995 to 1999 Campbell held the position as Chief Executive of the Melbourne Major Events Company Limited, which was responsible for many international concerts, festivals and international sporting championships and events being brought to Melbourne and Victoria for the first time. This also included securing the rights for Melbourne to host the 2006 Commonwealth Games.

 

Chris Olds

Chris Olds 
Deputy Chief Executive

Chris is an EY trained chartered accountant with more than17 years of experience across financial services and utilities in New Zealand, London and Australia. Chris has broad private and public sector experience and is passionate about using technology to provide better business outcomes and reshape business support processes.
 
Prior to starting at VicTrack in May 2015, Chris spent four years working across finance and revenue functions in the state owned utility Western Power in Western Australia. This included the establishment of a billing and revenue assurance function that combined both operational and finance functions to service the business.

Before coming to Australia, Chris worked for 11 years in the financial services industry in London. Chris finished in London as the finance director for a start-up insurance broker, and set up the finance and reporting controls to enable the business to grow niche insurance products to be placed into the Lloyd’s Market. Chris previously held other senior roles in the London reinsurance market, including overseeing the European reinsurance programme for Chubb Insurance.

 

Ian Burton

Project Delivery Group

Ian has a strong track record of leading teams and managing a portfolio of programs and projects across the investment lifecycle in complex environments.

Prior to joining VicTrack in 2019, Ian led the E-Class Program and the Tram Refurbishment Project at Yarra Trams. He previously held a senior leadership role at Arup, leading the Project Management team in Singapore.

Ian has extensive experience in providing strategic advice and delivering capital works programs, is a registered Project Director and Chartered Engineer, and has worked in the UK, Asia and Australia. Ian is passionate about safety, innovation, transferring best practice and developing team culture.



Andy Santana

Andy Santana
Acting Executive General Manager
Property Group

Andy has worked in the rail industry for 26 years, including 11 years in the United Kingdom and 15 years at VicTrack. Andy's roles have focused on infrastructure management and civil engineering functions of railways.

He has led projects and maintenance teams on stations, level crossings and bridges. He led the introduction of the VicTrack asset management system and built our infrastructure management team.

 


Bruce Moore


Bruce Moore

Executive General Manager
Telecommunications Group

Bruce has over 15 years telecommunications experience gained through engineering and management roles in major telecommunications carriers both nationally and internationally. He has held roles with Telstra and SingTel Optus in Australia, IndoSat in Indonesia and Etisalat in the United Arab Emirates.

During his time at VicTrack, Bruce has led engineering and operations groups and has been active in developing a service and customer management culture to the Telecommunications Group, bringing the technical and customer components of the business together to deliver high quality services to VicTrack’s customers.


Lee Anna Harris

Business Services Group

Lee Anne trained as a banker and accountant at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) where she worked her way up to the CFO senior management team in head office Sydney. She has broad hands on experience across Financial Services including; Corporate, Retail and Institutional Banking, Structured Finance Transactions, Mergers and Acquisitions, Divestments, Taxation, Technical Accounting, Risk Management, Global Markets and Hedging, Financial ERP systems, Insurance and Treasury.

After leaving CBA, Lee Anne moved to Melbourne and worked in a variety of sectors including; Not for Profit, Oil and Gas, Philanthropy, Property and Consulting. Prior to joining VicTrack, Lee Anne worked for four years at the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) in the Budget and Finance and Corporate Services (secondment) Divisions.

Lee Anne has an Executive Masters in Public Administration (EMPA) through the Australian and New Zealand School of Government (ANZSOG) and the University of Melbourne, CPA, Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance and B.Com. She has been a CFO and Company Secretary of an ASX listed company and volunteers at Brighton Secondary College as Treasurer and School Councillor.



Kristen Georgakopoulos

People & Culture

Kristen has been VicTrack’s Executive General Manager People & Culture since 2016, a role that involves overseeing the People and Culture Group within the Office of the Chief Executive.
 
Prior to starting in this position, Kristen worked at VicTrack as Manager People, Culture and Systems; Acting General Manager Business Services; and Manager Information Technology.
 
Kristen has extensive public sector experience in senior leadership positions and a strong background in information technology. She had 15 years’ experience in senior leadership roles covering functional areas including Finance, Customer Service and Billing, Information Technology, Risk and Safety and People and Culture.



Kerry Yu

Kerry Yu

Acting Executive General Manager
Communications & Engagement

Kerry is a proven strategic communications professional with experience in diverse industries in the private sector and the public sector.

She has extensive in-house and consulting experience in strategy development, stakeholder and community relations, employee engagement and public policy.

Having worked on state-significant infrastructure projects and major reforms, Kerry has received international and national awards recognising her work on stakeholder and community engagement campaigns.

Kerry joined VicTrack in 2017 as Manager Stakeholder Engagement and was promoted to Group Manger, Internal Engagement & Change in 2019. She has a Masters Degree in Public Policy & Management.
