Station car park upgrades: Gisborne

The car park at Gisborne Station will be upgraded with 40 new commuter parking spaces.

The Gisborne Station upgrade is part of the Victoria Government’s $20 million commitment to fund additional parking spaces at 17 stations on railway lines experiencing high growth in passenger numbers.

These projects are being delivered by VicTrack on behalf of the Victorian Government, and will create up to 2,100 new sealed car parking spaces for Victorian commuters.

What we are doing:  Upgrade with 40 new commuter parking spaces.

How you will be affected: Current informal parking area on north side is unavailable, however temporary parking is available off  Early St, south of the station, and at the Regional Netball Complex on Hamilton Rd.
