  • Organisational Design Lead

    About the role

    The Organisational Design Lead is responsible for providing strategic leadership and expert guidance to shape and deliver VicTrack’s People Strategy.

    This role is required to collaborate with key stakeholders and senior business leaders to design and implement agile workforce models that are future-focused, sustainable and aligned with VicTrack’s transformation strategy.  

    Working closely with the Group Manager People & Culture and Business Partnering team, the Organisational Design Lead will drive initiatives that uplift people capability, enhance performance and foster a diverse, inclusive and engaged workplace culture.

    A critical aspect of the role is supporting the successful delivery of the Gender Equity Action Plan (GEAP), ensuring that organisational design efforts contribute to equitable outcomes and a high-performing workforce.  

    Position status: Full-time (six-month fixed term)

    The Group Manager Environment is accountable for leading VicTrack’s environmental strategy and performance across its diverse land and asset portfolio.

    This role is responsible for providing expert environmental advice, strategic direction, environmental compliance, driving sustainability initiatives and embedding best practice environmental management (including data systems, policies and procedures) into all facets of VicTrack’s operations, projects and partnerships.

    The role provides strategic leadership across environmental planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement, while enabling cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated solutions. It drives delivery of VicTrack’s environmental management system and environmental sustainability strategy to ensure statutory obligations are achieved and the delivery of services are consistent with VicTrack’s business objectives.

    Position status: Three year fixed term

    The Team Leader role holds primary responsibility within the Networking and Security team under IT&D Operations, focusing on:

    • providing technical leadership and strategic guidance to Network and Security Engineers to support operational excellence
    • ensuring the consistent efficiency and operational continuity of networking infrastructure and security systems, while meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for both internal and external stakeholders.
