  • Business Analyst - Telecommunications

    About the role

    The Telecommunications Capability Uplift (T-CUP) Program is a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing the processes and telecommunications capabilities of the Telecommunications Group. The program focuses on process optimisation to support our business objectives. 

    The Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the T-CUP program by working closely with managers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to document business processes and work instructions. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

    Position status: 12 month fixed term

  • Senior IT&D Project Delivery Lead

    About the role

    The Senior IT&D Project Delivery Lead is responsible for leading and managing assigned IT&D projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timeframes, budgets, and quality standards.

    The role provides leadership, governance, and direction across high-profile and business-critical initiatives, including Hyper-converged Infrastructure refresh and migration programs, network upgrades, desktop device and SOE rollouts, and enterprise application projects.

    All IT&D Project Managers and Delivery Leads manage project teams, coordinate with stakeholders and resource managers, manage risks and issues, and report on project status and performance to their stakeholder groups.

    In this capacity, the Senior IT&D Project Delivery Lead ensures that technology solutions are successfully implemented, embedded into operations, and aligned with organisational objectives. 


    Position status: 6-month fixed term position

    About the role

    The Senior Network Design Engineer is responsible to plan, improve, participate, or lead the execution of the Network Engineering Design Process for all fixed and/or wireless design in response to requests for designs from internal and external customers.

    This position manages and oversees continuous improvement of the design process to ensure that it is adhered to in order to develop and deliver innovative and appropriate network solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements while delivering commercial value for VicTrack, its customers and other stakeholders.

    The Senior Network Design Engineer will also provide technical support, guidance and mentoring to other Network Design Engineers and other engineering teams including Operations when required.
