What do I need to start engaging with VicTrack using ZSN?
You need a valid email address and internet connection to register with ZSN.
Do I need special software?
You don’t need to download any software. You can access ZSN through any browser, although Firefox and Google Chrome are recommended.
What does it cost?
It doesn’t cost anything to use the ZSN.
How can I learn about using the ZSN portal?
Read the ZSN user guide for detailed information. There are videos and online support in the Help section of ZSN.
How can I get help with ZSN?
If the Help section on the ZSN portal doesn’t answer your queries, please email email@example.com and mention VicTrack in the email.
I registered for the ZSN but did not receive the confirmation email.
Please try the following if you did not receive the confirmation email from Zycus.
Check your spam or junk folder. You might need to ask your IT team to whitelist the Zycus domain: automail.zycus.com and IP: 22.214.171.124.
If there’s still no email, go back to the registration page link in step 1 – click on Resend activation link to try again
If you still haven’t received it, email firstname.lastname@example.org to get help.
