For location scouts
Some of our land and buildings can be viewed on the Film Victoria website but other sites may also be available. If you find a location that we own, and it's not listed on the Film Victoria website then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
To book an appointment to view a potential location please email email@example.com with details of the location, any special requirements for the production, and dates and times you are available to view the location, plus your name, company, address and ABN plus a contact number. All photos taken of the location must be supplied to VicTrack within one week of viewing the location.
To access a site for a production, the fee is $1,000/day and requires an executed access deed prior to occupying the site for the production.
To access a site for a student film, there is a negotiated fee structure available during the scouting phase. An executed access deed prior to occupying the site is required.
