Our commercial assets include land and air rights throughout the transport corridor, which we work with to add value to communities and the portfolio. Making our commercial assets stronger is one of our major objectives at VicTrack – as we work to support transport and non-commercial activities like land management.
Our commercial suppliers and partnerships have clear performance targets to support the strength of the portfolio. VicTrack’s own station precinct developments also look to deliver new commercial services that benefit communities and provide new revenue streams, and assets.
